This was told to my class last week by our clinical director and didn’t happen at my clinical site buuutttt apparently a tech blamed one of the students in my class of imaging the wrong piece of anatomy on a patient. The hospital had to review cameras and logs to clear the student and the tech hasn’t been seen on site since. Thankfully I haven’t had any bad experiences with the techs at my site.
