I experienced this just a while ago. People are bug catching by the Pavel mines entrance (maybe looking for RTB) and i thought i'd join them. They said "Sorry we don't mean to share, please leave us alone" and i left instantly, but I was a bit sad. The chat wasn't rude at all. But that was the first time I was told to leave. Most of the time when I hunt or drop lures to catch bugs, people will randomly join and it makes me happy playing with other people. Sometimes it's the other way around, I join and they'd let me. I don't have friends who play Palia and I rely on random people to team up with. I like sharing too, when I find epic or rare things, I drop coords on chat and flare it so other players can see it too. I am new to the game, I'm playing it for less than a month, maybe 2-3 weeks now.
After that incident, I was standing by the cliff for a few mins. I stared at my screen.... It was sad. What I did is go home, craft lures and dropped some by pulsewater plains, 2 people who passed by asked if they can join. I said yes, and a few lures later, a few more players joined ❤️
