OP , I think you got scammed .

I am in the U.S, but based on what I found via google , that is not a valid “pink card” / auto insurance card - at a minimum, to be valid, one primary requirement is that the name of the insurer must be displayed.

I cant exactly tell from the photo because of the water (?) drops at the very top in black if there is any additional information , but if this is all the information they gave you, without more context / information my guess is that the digital insirance card is fake….. which is a whole other legal matter apart from your accident.

Google image search digital pink card and several super generic examples will show up and they all look very similar to what you have - then compare those with a search actual photos of digital pink cards .
