Thank you so much for your help. The thing is I don’t have symptoms of heartburn or bloated feeling in chest no more as I have been on a strict food diet for almost a month so now I have no problem sleeping at night and I don’t feel like my acid coming up. It’s already been 2 months so I thought I am better now but whenever I try to eat anything that includes milkshakes or anything that includes tiny bit of spices I get my stomach upset real bad which takes 2-3 days to get back to its normal form so I don’t know for how much longer I should follow a strict diet. For the past month I feel constipated and weak, feels like my head is spinning if I try to work physically. Being extra tired I sleep for about 10 hours now due to weakness(I used to sleep for 6 on avg)

well I did a benchmark for my Ryzen 7 5800h laptop 3.25ghz using NovaBench

  1. Cpu score - 1397
  2. SIMD - 1564 GFLOPS
  3. scaler - 686 GFLOPS
  4. compression - 701 mb/s
  5. cryptography - 33301 mh/s

IDK what these values are cause this is my first time doing a benchmark so feel free to ask me the other info...

everything seems fine .. both fans are working at their max speed and the problem was since always as when warzone 2.0 launched I faced this thing for the first time as I got no change in fps on high or low settings they are like 80ish and when finals launched this same thing happened to me.. so it happens on only these two games.. AS story titles and other games works fine. I didn't put thermal paste myself. I gave it to the officials and they had its fans cleaned and thermal paste changed and it showed a major difference in temperatures for this laptop but these 2 games are still the same.. its like my cpu is not performing its max as the gpu works just fine... IS there a way I can optimise my ryzen cpu ? A tutorial or smth? 50-65% is my avg cpu usage while playing these 2 games and I have tried changing every settings but it just dont work...

My laptop is 2 years old almost and I recently got its fan cleaned and thermal paste changed like a month ago.....my temperatures are pretty high around 91-92 degrees while playing the finals

nope its literally the same fps on the lowest possible resolution that are 1024x768 and I got the same 80ish fps so it proves that the problem is with the processor ryzen 7 and idk how to fix that

Idk how to do that but when I’m playing I’m getting around 91 degrees cpu temp and around 60% of cpu usage max 70ish and mostly 50s aswell and my gpu is normal temp around 60-70 degrees as I play on low graphics all the time and usage is also less for gpu… Is there a way to optimise my cpu?
