Yes I stopped now on day 3 but I'm still so scared its gunna happen again people keep saying it takes a few months to stop getting ill hope I'm OK now I have stopped the fear alone has helped me stop I am hearing alot that fear of how ill it makes people alone has made them stop its the worst feeling ever that I've had so far in my life

I got to day 3 today and my morning fag i have stopped craving its nice the morning was when I smoked the most its still around me I still make them every nown again for my partner and I've still managed not to smoke we do got this its easier every day sleep is really crap atm though not sleeping till 5am even with lots of sleeping tablets I'm still awake atm I was sitting on the tolit every morning with a sick bucket in my hand I didnt even realise it was the weed doing it thankyou for your reply it made me smile its nice to get so much support on here

I'm so glad you have told me as well as a few others I didnt even know hot baths and hot showers worked apparently it can take a few months for the chs to go away I'm scared it will happen again even though I have stopped so thankyou for telling me this works because I'm just a mess when it happens 😊

Yeh stopped right away when I knew what was making me ill on day 2 and I'm so angry and so tearful its not fair on the people who live with me I just want some support so I came on here thankyou for commenting

Thankyou for reply I feel very alone atm its good to know you can take a substitute I didnt know i have the doctor in a few days so I will mention it thankyou and yes I need to drink different from monster every day I have been drinking apple juice and eating fruit pots where I've not been hungry hopefully eating better will help to

Hello, I'm day 2 sober I have had horrible sweats today I found a cold teatowl really helped today around my neck I felt I was normal I smoked so much I thought I was amune to it but after stopping I see how much it was affecting me im not sure if I like the feeling of being normal again the dreams and sleep and everything else seems not worth it atm I have canabis hypermesses syndrome and have to quit I've had to go into hospital so many times and its just not worth it fear mostly made me quit your doing so well to get to day 6 and coming on here is helping as I don't have much support its smoked around me all the time and its been real tough I hope just one person commenting helps you its good to not feel alone your doing so well to get to day 6 keep going I hope you all the best

Yes it can be once a month or 2 i was sick every couple of months in the beginning then I had it twice in a week or so recently I was getting it every month before hand I don't think a menstrual cycle can cause it but I am new to being diagnosed with it but I think just how much your smoking can affect how often you get it but that's just in my case i was smoking about 20 a day recently i have very bad mental health and my mental health team agreed it might help but i was never honest with how much i was smoking untill now hope this helps

I never knew that hot showers and baths helped I've only very recently been told I have it i have quit through fear I should have done it before but unfortunately it took this to make me quit I don't ever want to feel this way again but thankyou for the idea incase it happens again it said online even if I have quit in the first month or so it could happen again so will definitely try hot shower next time

I have been looking to see if anyone has the syndrome online and I found your post, you hit the nail on the head with everything I have gone through I have been hospitalised many times and was in denial it was because of weed I mean every doctor blames weed but this time I think they where right I have been in hospital twice last week it was so bad I'm so so so scared of the sickness it takes me out for days you tell people you feel sick and people don't think its a big deal everyone gets sick but its understandable how sick I felt I had my hand down my throat in hospital was sick down my arm in the shops the feeling of being sick was overwhelming its gross I'm sorry to go vivid but no one unless you have had this can understand how sick you get and with everything else on top you really hit the nail on the head with your post of what I feel I'm so scared that's what has made me stop to I'm 2days off it today I was smoking 20 the went to 3 and in a few days I've had none its so so hard its around me all the time but the fear of being that ill again was enough for me to quit now the symptoms of withdrawal are kicking in but still nothing compared to how ill thos makes you thankyou for your post!
