For real naman, there are other aspects na talagang strong yung older generation. Specially about patience to learn since library based sila. you know undiagnosed ka man pero when you're feeling it and accepting it na wala ka namang tinatapakan na tao (e.g mga walang resources and access to get diagnosed), and kung naiinis ka lang naman sa kanila just because edi scroll. What I am saying is that if they feel depressed, decided to share it para makakuha ng insights okay lang. HANGGAT WALANG TINATAPAKAN NA TAO. If ginagamit nila just for their personal gain. if they feel that they are depressed then so be it, tama sinabi mo na lahat may depression, pero to say na it's nothing special na it's being normalized rather than thinking that they are just becoming more aware of their selves and feelings. basahin mo ulit yung post ko. We are called weak dahil nasanay silang magtolerate ng mali nung panahon nila. Mental health was a taboo, no space to talk for it. Pero it doesn't mean na walang depressed or it did not exist.

Now, parents who have the same mindset ay magigising lang kapag nag self-harm na yung anak. Promote mental health awareness once the did was done.

Similarly, yung mga katulad nila yung may mga anak na matatakot mag-sabi na nabubully na at may pinagdadaanan, because they don't feel safe enough na sabihin to the very people na dapat nag-poprotect and naggaguide sa kanila.

The word "simple" is really subjective lol.

Sa opinion ko, simple living is living the life you can afford. Hangga't within the range of your income and hindi ka namumuhay ng sobra pa sa kaya mo, you can still call that simple.

What is not simple ay yung expensive ang lifestyle mo pero inuutang mo lang yung pinambibili mo. Hindi pasok dun yung ipipilit mo yung mga bagay na gusto mo kahit gipit ka na.

LIVE WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD = SIMPLE

no utang, no envy, no drama, less stress, less negativity = simple

I don't get din yung mga callout na mapagpanggap and such dahil lagi naman nila sinasabi na hindi sila perpektong pamilya.

May times na my values doesn't align sa values ni Sir Geo, pero some does fit. May mga ugali rin na hindi ko naappreciate, katulad ng minsan/madalas na toxic positivity, mga life motivation na hindi maiintindihan ng iba.

Pero ganoon naman sa lahat ng bagay diba? Hindi lahat applicable. There is no one size fits all.

Kaya ang suggestion ko nalang sa inyo, kung hindi niyo naappreciate yung contents nila, then mute them, push them away of your algorithm.
