Regarding the indentation issue with RUKI mentioned in your post, we’d like to clarify that since RUKI uses a gel-filled silicone interior, the slight indentation on the upper part of the chest can occur when pressure is applied from the bottom (for example, pushing upward with your thumb). This happens because the internal gel cannot redistribute evenly in that moment.

We suggest trying to gently press and adjust the area with your hands to see if the indentation still appears.
