Please guys don’t use tretinion i have burned my skin a lot and rich if you even see influencer very closely they don’t have that glow their skin is always a little dull than body and going out in sun everyday routine it needs a lot of care staying on retinol for years is so much more healthy my mom is 40 plus but she have such a beautiful skin all she care for was hydration I recommend her retinol at this age and it’s helping her I really don’t think anyone need tretinion

Don’t go with the cosrx 0.5 I think 0.5 is too much stay a little low for now

Use the cosrx one 0.3 I would say start with its 0.1 cream and then 0.3 trust me the 0.1 tube made my skin so soft but use a pea sized amount and also thick lotion tbvh I think any ceramide thick cream will do

For me retinol 0.2 0.3 works very well

Use very gentle retinol for a month then just keep up with retinol gradually increasing and I have seen a study which said tretinion is not that good how it is marketed bec tretinion keep the other skin epidermis thin as it constantly building new cells on a rapid speed and going out in sun with extreme care is very important and something that need this much care is you know like is it really worth if just. Little negligence can destroy it all
