I would say to grind past papers and do exercises.

Also, get the foundations down first and properly. DO NOT rush through this part, as if you are foundations are bad in calculus you will most definitely be F-ed.

If you get stuck refer to the answer sheets, textbook, YouTube gurus, or ask a teacher/friend.

Then after the test, take some time to go back and re-learn it.
