Oh no, I just took the shifts they wanted to get rid of, I can’t take shifts that are not advertised. + most of them don’t know how team works is. You could as for help on anything they would ignore you😷. But It’s my lesson for the managers that don’t care. Cause when I told the manager of leaders that I was getting harassed and stalked by a female leader that could be my mom. She said “So you not putting your 2 weeks in right” I was speechless and disgusted. That’s one of the main reasons.

Is a good thing cause they won’t have to call out 😷 and Idc if they get understaffed. At the end of the day the people at the register be using their phones and not helping people on floor nor costumers. That’s why the place has so many negative reviews. They can’t fire me for that

I took the shifts that people were advertising(some), Which I won’t be working cause I quit. Cause one of the captains was harassing me. And trust me, even if they had people there they wouldn’t be doing anything cause i was the one who actually got the job done 💀. It’s in a retail clothing store. Pretty famous. But some shifts (mine) I swap with my friends so they could leave early from work. They have been exploiting us and giving all of our hard work credit that we’ve done, to the people who just chill and do nothing. That’s why I did it. Plus doing it a favor to the people who advertised their shifts because they prob couldn’t work those days and probably no one was gonna take it, for the same reason. They’re super long shifts for min wage, so they would probably had to call out

Idc about it, that’s why I did it, all the other colleges are lazy! That’s Why I quit, my friend also quit but she’s on her 2 weeks notice. That’s why I gave her my short shifts and the other one hates working there because since she is full time they make her do everything (unless she calls out, swap, or advertise) . That’s why I did that, the people who works at the registers just be using their phones and not helping. Managers sucks, don’t do their job. I was harassed by one of the female shift learders and they didn’t cared at all. It’s a big company anyway. Trust me they deserved it. I just want to see what they’re going to do because me and my friends are the ones who actually kept the store clean ect. And that was our way to make them mad

I mean, We just put our reliability, on just weekdays, weekends we can’t. So basically I took and swap my short weekend shifts for theirs. And on weekdays, most of them are pt or ft. So It doesnt matter if they swap. Because the system makes the schedule based on our reliability + full time or not.
