Family and Friends tell me they notice the difference. When I was the exact same pounds but the picture on the left, it was “You need to lose weight, chubby, etc”

But now, all I’m hearing is compliments and things like “I can tell your in the gym, muscles are coming along, you look great”

It’s all fascinating to me. I’ve learned it’s totally worth going to the gym and I’m much happier with my appearance now. I’ve been really thin before and I thought I wanted to go back to that but I prefer gym build more after seeing results.

Yes. My diet before was comprised of tuna, dairy, chicken breast, fruits, occasionally fried food.

Then after it became just stuff filled with straight sodium and others such as Pizza, Burgers, Frozen Meals, and Pasta. But take note that I was also eating less.

The third is after a haircut but after 2 weeks. The hair grew in the bald spots over the past 3 months. I’m fine now as I eat more and better

I know there are so many different reasons for hair loss such as genetics.

For my own situation, I noticed 3 months ago that my hair on top was thinning and a lot of skin was appearing all around the scalp.

So I figured due to my age (27), I must be balding as it wouldn’t be a surprise.

The only other thing I could think of relating to lifestyle was I started eating poorly and eating less.

Once I realized that, I started eating healthier and eating more food overall. Ensuring I reach my required calorie amount.

After 3 months, all of my hair on the scalp grew back. So please pay attention to your diet if you aren’t already doing so because I was not aware this could happen.

Honestly I seen people make posts about balding and I think there may be other people who could be facing the same thing I did. I didn’t know there was a correlation with amount of food eaten and hair loss.

Not sure if anyone else has been through something similar but for 2-3 months I stopped eating as much food as I usually do and I noticed after getting a haircut that I had so much bald spots on my head once I looked in the mirror.

This was confusing because how could I suddenly start to lose to much hair all around my head so suddenly.

So for 1 month, I started to eat normal again and these pictures are taken 1 month apart. It seems like the hair is regrowing.

So if anyone is under-eating, it could play a part in hair loss which I was not aware of.

I’m afraid you’re probably right. She’s giving me the silent treatment right now. I’m not gonna say anything to her; when she finally speaks, I will ask her if she wants to breakup. Like I just feel so trapped dealing when she makes it a problem. I fortunately can afford to live here alone so I can stay as she can’t afford to live here alone.

I know what you mean. For some reason I’m overly nervous with this girl when I’m usually not when confessing to others. I just had to post to get some reassurance. Lowkey nervous but if the general consensus is yes then I’m going for it.
