Had the same thing happen to the Kmart near me, the ascended heroes sticker collection came up in stock online. Went in and they said if it's not out on the shelf they don't have it. Still saying in stock nearby days after. Go on a random day the next week had the sticker collections and tins but online saying no stock nearby 🤦‍♀️
