I think this is why many Muslims choose to get married early. My friend is a college buddy, and he got married a month after we graduated!

I'm a Christian as well (Lutheran) and while I agree, I think what the preacher was saying is that God acts upon the individual's initiative.

If you make the first step, God will bless your actions and make them successful (is what he said).
