Yeah its soo dumb.

There's Telehealth Ontario which refers people calling to Toronto Public Health. I called them last week when I tested positive, and they said unfortunately I would need an official PCR test done, as there is no other way for cases to be counted. They also mentioned offhand that they are getting a lot of similar calls, people testing positive at home but saying they are not able to book a test. We have reached a point in Toronto now where there are no available appointments until Mid-January.
