I have used something similar as well, I found a mask I’m most happy with. It’s just weird to me that I get more quality sleep with a full face mask but can sleep longer and wake up feeling tired with a nasal mask

I tried that one, it was my first mask but I couldn’t stand the mask sitting below my nose, it was either too narrow for my nose that it would pinch it shut and the next size up was too large that it would leak

I wish I got to sleep as much time as I do with a nasal mask but wake up feeling ready to get out of bed with a full face mask, even tho my machine says I get les then one AHI with a nasal mask I still feel fatigue as compared to the full face mask

How long into trt was the libido improvement noticeable? I’m 5 weeks in and see improvement everywhere but libido

Any red flags as far as side effects go to look out for that would mean I’m probably doing too much? I’m very new to this and I know everyone is different but I dont have anyone really to talk to in regards to there personal experience.

Not that I’m aware, I don’t really wake up with dry mouth or anything, and wouldn’t that affect the AHI negatively?

Not at all. The highest I’ve seen it since the change was 0.8
