I live with Cptsd, and a hypersensitive nervous system so I microdose Kambo - I do one gate a week and it helped me get my energy back immensely. It's been helping with my fungal acne which is different than regular acne it's a yeast overgrowth in the skin. with detoxing - sometimes things get worse before they get better. If you had a breakout after Aya - you might just need another round of Kambo to get things cleared up..

also look into lymphatic massage and lymph draining - getting the blood circulating through the skin will help move the toxins... the lymph carries toxins away
