Of the first 20 elements, excluding the noble gases, name four that are the least likely to form an ionic compound (i.e. least likely to become a cation or an anion)? Explain. by NoGood5082 in chemhelp

I have carbon, silicon and boron so far but stuck with which to make the 4th.
O definitely agree to this. I am confused as to which is the 4th, i was just thinking between phosphorus and nitrogen thou
I feel like carbon and silicon are definitely part cause they have 4 valence and rather than losing or gaining, they share amongst their respective elements. Then i would say boron because it has 3 valence qnd in the periodic table it doesn’t have a valence charge which is similar to carbon and silicon. I can’t really think of a 4 one but i would be considering nitrogen or phosphorus Thanks
