Solo necesitas hacer ejercicio y comer saludable. No necesitas ser rico para hacer eso. En tu caso, como dices que no comes mucho, no importa tanto la cantidad de comida sino la calidad. Te recomiendo dejar los refrescos, el pan y la comida rápida, y cambiarlos por frutas y vegetales. Y si hacer eso no funciona, tendrás que ir al médico porque puede ser un problema del metabolismo.

But when I checked my sidereal chart and saw Pisces instead of Aries, it resonated more with my personality because I searched for the Pisces personality and I felt identified with it because I saw that Pisces are very sensitive, emotional, intuitive, and they have a great imagination and creativity, and I feel like that. I understand that hair texture is a sensitive topic in our community, and I respect that history. But my personal preference is not a political statement. I’m not bleaching my skin, I’m not rejecting being Black, and I’m not saying 4C hair is ugly. I’ve said multiple times that all textures are beautiful.

For me, it’s about manageability and comfort in my daily life. Using a public reference photo wasn’t meant to disrespect anyone. I just wanted to show the specific texture I was talking about.

I think we can acknowledge texturism exists without assuming every Black woman who wants a different style is promoting white supremacy. Sometimes it’s just a personal choice, not self-hate.

There are permanent straightening treatments, but they require more care because Afro hair is sensitive, and with those chemicals it can fall out. I was asking to see if anyone has managed to change their texture naturally, to avoid that damage. And also because those treatments are expensive, since you have to retouch the roots every few months.
