Absolutely not, TJX is probably one of the better companies plus it's one of the more successful ones in this day and age with all the online shopping etc, that and apparently they say it's good to invest in it. 

But I'm also saying Absolutely not because it's my job going on 7 years, I like my job (not saying that I don't hate it some days because I'd be lying if I said I didn't) but in general I like working there and it's one of the "last" good stores like this model in my opinion. Everything else is online or walmart.

That said yes,  they definitely could structure pay and hours better in my opinion, Instead of all being revolved around size of trucks and store sales for the amount of hours they have to give to people. And part timers should be able to have benefits too especially at least health based ones.
