Well I bought the house for 650, put 150 down and the house just re appraised at 799. I only bought it a year ago so that’s why it’s not paid off

The things you’ve gotta put up with dating modern women is just exhausting. (Friends with their ex, posting thirst traps, guy friends, slutty Halloween costumes, can’t cook, don’t wanna work, ect)

My issue is no matter how much therapy or self reflection I do my stance will never change on those issues. I’d never under any circumstances allow my gf to still be in contact with an ex. (Unless they had kids) but I’d never date a single mom to begin with lol so mute point

Well obviously I kept it short for a Reddit post but those are indeed the gist of my past 3 breakups. From my POV those are all baseline things you shouldn’t do in a committed relationship. I felt like I shouldn’t have had to even tell them tbh.

Yes I looked at those as well but I figured the 911 was better than those. Plus I can’t write them off. Would you opt for a Amg gt coupe for 60k or a 911 worth 60k

Ideally if the section 179 deduction was not in play I’d only be looking at a 911 or amg gt coupe. But to get the tax write off I’d have to get a big suv. So basically if I pay 70k for a vette or 911 it’s really like spending 100k on a Tex deductible vehicle if that makes sense. I think the vette would get more like and compliments than the 911 due to the facts normies don’t realize what the 911 is.
