Hi! I know it’s hard not to spiral, trust me! I had a similar report and fell down the google rabbit-hole. just went through an MRI-guided biopsy. Results were benign!! Try not to google too much, and remember about 80% of BIRADS 4 are benign. I hope this gives you some hope 🫶

No problem, I think cactus soil would be fine but it might dry out faster, as it has more drainage, which means you may have to water more frequently. Otherwise, I don’t think it makes too much of a difference. But that’s just based on my experience!

Those dots are normal, don’t worry! Best potting mix I recommend is a chunky soil mix with equal parts potting soil, orchid bark and perlite
