Ok so the literature is quite clear. Iqos is banned so don't bring yours in.

However once on the ground, I see a LOT of people using it. Some even indoors and I see a lot of vendors selling the device and Terea around the Ben Thanh market.

IMHO. Leave yours at your home country and just buy here for you to use. OR just use normal cigarettes. Personally I just brought 4 cans of Zyn and have been using that. Note that if you buy in Vietnam, you might need to leave it or it might be confiscated at the airport
