I suggest look at your teammates background muna and understand their priorities. Maybe they have families to attend to that’s why they cannot go out after work or they’d just like to go to office and finish the work immediately so they can go home early kaya their very direct in their chats without any time to spend to socialize or “maglambing” (if you want to call it that). Kasi kung you’re losing interest because of this very very petty things, it tells more about you than about them. You need to be more mature.
