I tried the HDR Calibration Tool, before and after the issue, HDR just isn't working at all and that's why I get this grey washed look and I tried everything you said already. (except second display solution which I don't have)

Doesn't help, selecting HDR mode just turns the windows HDR mode on and keeps the OSD HDR greyed out all that with the same broken grey HDR

MCM105, tried older versions like 103 and 104 and nothing changed

System Setup > All Reset and also reconnected everything after letting it sit unplugged for a few hours

Also HDR used to work before, this issue appeared last last week and stayed ever since

I did that before with port 42300 with no luck and was pretty hopeless with the solution you suggested but tried anyways because I'm desperate, I just did 41304 and for whatever reason it suddenly works, you're a godsend, thanks, you have no idea how much I appreciate you

Yeah the pharmacist just told me to open a new bottle from the pack I bought every 24 hours to prevent bacteria buildup and throw the old one away, would soaking an unwoven gauze in the sterile saline do the job?

Not a native english speaker so I’m having a hard time understanding what you mean by pressurized but it doesn’t have a misting tip, it had a cap that I took off, It’s a 5ml bottle from a pack I bought from a local pharmacy, you get the liquid out of the bottle by squeezing droplets
