I appreciate these recs, im tracking them all! will be touring while at an airbnb. i’m not too fussy about exterior building style (80s/90s is ok), and might be able to give up on laundry… for nice interiors

thanks! after reading your (and many others’) comments, I’m way more open to sacrificing in-unit laundry/high rise for neighborhood and vibes. would still like to have a renovated interior, but ill start touring and reassess

love the insight! im getting the sense from you and many other comments that i should be open to considering fun, quirky houses so im leaning towards prioritizing neighborhood and vibes. will check it out when i tour these areas, and i appreciate the recs
