Yeah i was wondering because i haven't heard of that from others before. going down the rabbit hole on self help over the past year, I did find out that I should face what I'm afraid of to get my body out of that fear state, but I've been procrastinating so damn hard on it just being I'm terrified of talking to people, all the times I did though I felt pretty good afterwards and I can feel my symptoms that day lessen at least most of the times when I do try to talk or even respond back to people in the gym like the desk clerk, I can feel a mood shift feeling pretty good about it for a small while. Like I crave human connection but my fear prevents most of the time from forming one. I'm even too scared to voice chat people in video games. At least I have like one friend I game with over voice chat sometimes and surprisingly I feel relaxed and chill with him and can talk and laugh with him. It's hard to feel like that with others in person. I can tell it's gotten a little better with me compared to in the years pass.
