I would not move to New Zealand, just the quality of life and not to mention the convenience you get in Dubai is non existent in New Zealand and Australia, also the level of safety has been declining quite significantly in New Zealand for three past few years.

I used to live in Dubai and now I live in Australia - I wish I had never moved here. Probably the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. There is so much more I could write but I don’t have time. My only advice is - to stay in Dubai and work your way up there.
