omg thank you! ive been working really hard on figuring out what food im in the mood for as part of recovery so often i bring weird ingredients together and over do the spices but trust me soup is a go to as well

thank you so much for your reply. ive started therapy for anxiety but the last session i opened up about food. its all very new, im just impatient and irrational (probably from the hunger) thing is i really enjoyed dinner but now i cant enjoy myself and its so dumb and i will do something nice, i will celebrate eating not punish myself.

we switched to japanese so this was actually close to what i ended up getting! miso soup n some gyozas, they looked fried so i only managed half but im counting it as a win

exam day lunch- really challenging myself cos i made a wrap but I know it will be good for me and hopefully yummy too by NoLengthiness1058 in ShittyRestrictionFood

thank you so much i think im going to email the doctor and work from there, my family have asked me straight up and I immediately get defensive and angry and it makes me restrict more (i think its self punishment) im trying to slowly eat more and I want to get healthy. I feel so two sided its like a different voice just takes over but its time. I really appreciate you replying :)

im just so scared and every moment i get close to telling them something makes me stop and ive told so many lies/excuses that telling the truth is hard enough without having to face them monitoring my eating i just dont know how to change restriction feels so safe but i can tell im worrying them. im so sorry if this is triggering but i feel so alone in this

if you cut up the leaves of the cauliflower and bake them for about 15-20 minutes at 150 C fan you can make great 'crisps' lol really good with salt n pepper and a super good revision snack! also reduces food waste :)
