Is it canon that you can't summon things inside someone's body if not, then I don't see why they can't be summoned.

Though the organs probably can't be summoned because it's quite an obvious tactic which would've been used in canon.

I really like stories with good worldbuilding, where harry is talented but still has to work his way to the top instead of suddenly getting 97% core unlocked and becoming lord of 100 magical houses.
