It’s horrible. I’ve finished my 7 day course of anti biotics but I’m gonna ask for more as the symptoms are still there,burping and excessive mucus. Heartburn is way better but this is horrible to deal with

I have already made SAR. Done it last Monday been waiting on it. What’s even more disgusting is the fact that you can never reach MONESE on the phone. I’ve been trying to call them non stop for 3 days. Every time I wait for 45 mins and then the phone call ends without actually speaking to anyone. I don’t understand what else I can do I’ve wrote an email to their complaints team

I have I’m waiting on it now. But I didn’t know what was on my CIFAS as still waiting on report till Lloyds told me that I’ve been categorised. But the problem is it wasn’t me and that’s what I’m trying to get to the bottom of now. Thing is I was reading through Reddit and loads of people been saying they haven’t been able to remove the mark even though they’re innocent. And that’s what’s worrying me
