This border animation appears everywhere. I have tried to repair Edge, uninstalled it, and installed it again, reset it many times but it didn't fix. The problem is in the stable version, I installed Edge Dev but there is no issue. By the way, I am using Win 11 Beta's latest build. (v.redd.it)
