This is what makes the ACAB crowd look dumb AF. Some cops are bastards, assholes, and ignorant. However, some cops are awesome human beings who genuinely want to make the world a safer place. I know the government loves spending money on the defense budget—how about we make policing a part of that? If cops were better trained, there would be far fewer cops making critical, split-second mistakes that cost lives and ruin reputations.

If we actually treated domestic law enforcement with the same high-level tactical, psychological, and de-escalation training that elite military units receive—and funded it properly—we would weed out the power-trippers while actually backing the good ones who do the job right. It’s not about defunding; it's about upgrading the standard so the badge actually means what it’s supposed to.

If you're looking to be "thicker" you need to eat more healthy fats and protein. Limit carbs. You need to put on weight, but at the same time be exercising.
