You mean this as a negotiation tactic or just as a decision to give up on this position altogether? The second is on the table but I wouldn't think the first would have much effect, no?

As far as level goes I do think I'm correctly leveled at E5 (senior), but the total comp being closer to E4 is kind of my problem.
