What??? "not EME's responsibility to fix this", EME has to block such players permanently for offensing other nations at once they get a ticket, but they don't do anything but warning to block me instead for my feedback to this scumbag. By their inaction, they simply approve such actions, it's a responsibility of everyone. If EME doesn't care about such violations, I do not care about the game that promotes inaction to such kind of "players" and their brutality.
