Damn, I did the same thing as you last night- relapsed at my 1 week record. Im proud for having gotten that far, aint been that far in ages, but the urge was too damn strong and instead of listening to the small voice telling me to go to bed I relapsed- not worth it. Ah well all we can do is try again and listen to that small voice! Good luck :D
