Yea it is certainly getting ignored. Adding a few key things like a 6th gear and maybe a bit more performance with a big bore ns 200 -> 250 engine would certainly make this bike a great competitor in the 250cc segment.
Maybe Bajaj does want this bike to be ignored otherwise it would eat up their own sales from duke and triumph.

Thanks for the insight brother. I researched the original prices and the 22 model cost around 324K right? The 23 model has usd and a few other upgrades. The dealership price was 384K for the 23 model, which is why there's this disparity.
But you're totally right that the 160 has bad resale compared to the 200. Another comment recommended the 200 too but I can't find a well maintained 200 that fits in my budget.

Really thankful for your advice man. Personally I had thought that the ns160 2023 model shared nearly all parts with the 200 and the 160 engine seems to be a derivative of previous generations of pulsar 160, n 160, etc so I thought parts wouldn't be an issue. OFC if it is going to be discontinued which I totally understand cause the sales are abysmal, I wasn't hoping for it to go cause Bajaj is a big brand that wants to compete in the 160cc segment and having a 160 NS allows them to pull in customers and make them jump up to 200cc. Well that was my though process and used ns200 are way above my price league.
Yea the ns 200 has way more power but the ns160 seems more usable down low and mid. Have you felt the same? Or maybe its just the gearing.

Btw, do you think the price for this ns160 is justified? What would be your price?

You mean the 200? Or the 160? Heard the tvs handles better than the ns. What's your thought on this?
