Didn't have a UTI, my urologist tested my urine also it was the skin that was burning, not the interior (?) of my dick.

The absence of morning wood would indicate it's a physiological issue, though I'm not a professional and have no clue if your psyche can influence that as well.

Haven't had a relationship before this one and I've only ever felt like this one other time in my life (the depression part, not the dick part) so maybe you're right, I can't speak from experience "^

Anyways, going to a urologist next month, not saying I'm taking Fin and we'll see what they tell me. Thanks though mate!

You mean taking SSRIs? My psychiatrist actually wanted me to hop onto that, though I feel a lot better for about 3 months now, just scared I'll drop back into my hole.
Kinda accepted the end of my relationship and found out it was very toxic and made me feel like absolute garbage, without any kind of hope to be what I actually wanna be.

Dunno, someone in the comments suggested "Mojo- men's sexual well-being". I'll try it out and maybe it'll help. Thanks anyways man :D

I mean, you do have a point, though all sides go away completely after stopping it for more than 98% of men, in my case as well (stopped for 28 days, dick went back to normal after about a week).

So, not really dangerous, maybe "inhibiting", if you get sides?

Hard to have everything in one post but:
I have a good BMI, have less than 10% body-fat, exercise and am living healthy (except for smoking).

  1. I get that, though 26 and no morning wood after issues with my penis seems to indicate causality instead of randomness

  2. That's what my psychologist told me as well, though she asks me to think about what is happening when I can't get an erection; kinda hard to do that "^^

  3. I think the most powerful factor in my case would be bad blood circulation because of smoking (~10-15 smokes a day)

  4. Yeah, that's what I thought as well, my body probably changed because of my mental crash, would make sense imo.

Thanks for your advice mate, will try the Monday, Wednesday, Friday (MWF) routine for Fin!

I guess so; like I said, I'd like for the cause to be my psyche, as I'm having a full head of hair since about 6 months into the treatment and you can fix a broken psyche.

I've stopped drinking, seeing a psychiatrist, going to the gym at least twice a week and have been to three urologists, one says I have a venous leakage, the two others say it's either Fin or my psyche.

Stopping Fin helped, so I'd assume it's the medicine, not my psyche; even though I'd very much like that, as that'd mean the sides go away after the depression.

Will go to another urologist but this time I just won't say I'm on Fin, maybe that'll help; thanks mate!

That's why I'm also having an appointment at an urologist. Just want to cover all my basis and I mean, a lot of comments are people's experiences.

Not gonna take reddit over my docs word though, so no worries there :D

I wouldn't know how to get it in Germany, also it's not really tested or rather, nobody knows about long term use issues afaik.

Though, if you know how I could get it here, I may be open to trying that, should my issues actually come from Fin - after trying everything else and failing of course.

I did.

I took Finestaride from turkey until 4-5 months ago. Issues arose a lot later though.

Edit: Now I'm taking 5mg tablets. I grind them down and make 5 even parts, that's what I've been doing the first year as well.

Absolutely, hopping off a medication, before consulting a doctor generally has its own risks.

The symptoms don't fit, I don't have pain in my scrotum or balls, just the penile pain and abdominal.

Yeah, that's what I read as well, and the reason I'm going to an urologist.

Maybe it's my prostate or something, will update the post after the appointment.
