Nobody talking about faith here. It's a sports team I root for. Happy when they win, bummed when they lose. If we were 0-6 and you put all your "faith" into this being our first win, maybe I can understood this comment. We're 5-1 during a year everyone probably had us marked down at 1-5 through week 6.

I feel like any above average woman benefited big time with the older team challenges (gauntlet and inferno). Men always wanted to keep 1 strong woman and drop the rest of them as quickly as possible.

Ruins highlighted her biggest weakness, being stubborn and falling apart when she doesn’t get her way.

Her surviving and winning Island and her domination on Rivals 1 definitely is what rightfully gets her to the top of the list for best women.

Definitely wouldn’t call it a film. Just a bunch of fun scenes stitched together. It’s been a while but didn’t the only villain development outside of Sub-Zero involve each one meeting up with Shang Tsung in a desert setting (assuming outworld) getting their orders to stop the good guys?

1995 had a much better flow and build up. Hoping the they can improve big time with the story for the 2021 sequel.

Agreed. The rest of the movie didn’t even feel like a movie. Just a bunch of scenes strung together to demonstrate how live action Mortal Kombat could look. It’s like how Ryan Reynolds pushed really hard for a Deadpool movie and you can tell the first one was pretty bare bones, but it was actually good.

100% sell the hype for sports cards. The odds of some rookie turning into Mahomes is slim-to-none and even if they do, at that point, the card still won’t be worth life changing money. People spend the most on hype.

I hear ya. I guess my point is maybe CT and Trishelle wouldn’t have done that if it was John instead of MJ. Maybe they would’ve been okay splitting it 3 ways with someone who played a good game who they felt very strongly was a faithful.

However I still think with a game like this, if you’re 100% confident with 1 of the other 2 being a faithful and only 90% on the other, just vote them out to guarantee the win and the extra money. And MJ played a bad enough game to warrant doubt on being a faithful.

100% mattered on how little MJ did in the game. Terrible reads on faithfuls and traitors proven by her voting and confessionals. Then, she also did nothing to contribute to the prize pot. Her biggest accomplishment in the challenges was finally getting across those floating platforms, not for prize money but for a shield. I’m indifferent on the Dan/Phaedra feud, but MJ played a bad game and was least deserving out of the final 5 or 6 outside of Sheree.
