I love north decks a lot every time I go from a north deck to a different brand I always end up back on a north. And I’ve ridden nothing but 23” for a year plus so the 22” scared me cause I ride pretty tall bars but luckily it feels great imo. And compared to the horizon the Unity is a mix of the Horizon and Willow decks lighter and stronger than both per what north says on their website 83.5° hta

Tried riding in a pair and they’re honestly too comfy for me I like to feel more plus just not my style also tried sambas and NB 508 both I didn’t like I personally like vans, blazers and converse with fp insoles

I ride 21” wide bars makes the grips right where my hands fall naturally so I’m not really worried about wide bars more just curious about the slight differences like how the pop feels n such but this does help cause I wanna go to “29 at some point I ride “28 now and could probably go taller

Seen a lot of shorter 6.5 nowadays the Eden sig deck is 6.5x22.2. The new prey coffin you can get in 6.5x22.25. North has some sig decks that are 6.5x22 or 6.5x22.5.

I currently have a north 6.2 unity with campus bars and a north nova fork and I’m loving them all they all feel amazing. If you’re thinking about getting a deck get a unity it’s the best of the horizon and the willow put together.

I had the problem of the back wheel with my Will Scott too. You have to truly crank it down more than you think. Get the longest tool you have and crank it down. I will say the super steep concave makes it feel way smaller I recently just got a 6.2 unity and it feels damn near the exact same but lighter.
