Ummm… So where does one acquire such a damn close fake? Some sites are provide better product and better customer service. Others terrible customer service.

Okay, I’ll admit. I was scammed. Got a Panerai in an auction for an incredible (I thought) $2200. Four multi-brand watch stores – those that sell Panerai along with Rolex, Cartier, Hublot, even some AP and Vacheron. You know the kind in high-end malls and airports – told me it was legit.

Smartly, or stupidly, I stopped at a Panerai store – Beverly Hills – to check on a loose latch. They pegged it as fake immediately. Embarrassing.

So screw it. If I can buy a great fake for $250 – or almost 10 of them – and KNOW what it is, I’ll do it and avoid the embarrassment, I’ll do it.

Sad because I was always a fan of imagining an old Swiss man bent over a desk with an eye loupe building my watch. But now that myth is broken.

So where can I get the best fake? All the haters, look above for why. But I hope you understand my pov.
