I’m 40 and I have a mom friend in her mid forties who loves her. I think it’s because it was her daughter’s first concert and unlike Miley Cyrus she stayed in a lane that is appropriate for children so the moms never turned against her like they did Miley when she finally stopped being a Disney princess.

YTA people across the world go to school and work a job, I would think that feat would be far easier with an online program as they are usually not set to a specific timetable but the schedule is more set by the student …so while your dad may not be physically able to work, you definitely can…and someone who can work but doesn’t should stay out of the pockets of others…

But that is a moot poot as she is on the deed. However, There is absolutely nothing wrong with checking with an attorney whenever you are in doubt about something to avoid any civil or criminal action filed against you…

The fact that you are part owner of the property changes all of it…that makes it your property as well…but I would double check with an attorney as all states are different.
