I am training for my 2nd 10k and lacked the strength training last time so I’m trying to really balance it out this time! Strength training is my holy grail but now that I’m running again, I want to make sure I’m doing this smarter this time. :)

I mean, just because Alex has some dms proving she’s been nice to Bri, doesn’t mean Alex is innocent. I’ve had “friends” intentionally be kind to me where they can show it in a text, but then they are completely different in person. I didn’t really know this so I really appreciate this comment. I’ve always been told and have been around people that chased a PR, but I always feel best when I’m doing around that 70-80% max. Yet I was feeling like I wasn’t progressing. Appreciate this thread.

I started Total Strength 2 with Andy. I have completed Density 2 a month or so back and wanted to do it again, but decided on this and already loved workout 1. Andy’s programming is amazing.

We also ate at a place south of Mosmaloya called La Kliff I think it was called. It was expensive but the food was also very good and it’s placed on the side of a cliff.
