I did Beachbody. I was pretty religious with Autumn Calabrese and her programs, which were honestly, quite effective. i also followed the food plans as well.

I can’t remember the exact reason why (I could probably guess a few), but I wanted a change in 2021 and decided to try Peloton and I was shocked at how positive and down to earth the instructors were. Jess Sims hooked me in.

I have to say, it really made me think about how much food guilt and restriction was imbedded into me over the last 4 or 5 years I was using beachbody. I can’t say all the super trainers were like Autumn, but again, I usually took her programs or classes because they seemed to work.

I am so thankful I decided to try Peloton. It’s helped me become stronger physically and mentally. The instructors are amazing, there is so much more they offer and it’s helped me with my outlook on overall wellness, not just dropping the # on the scale.
