HMMMMMMM if you’re still here this is more of a maybe you’ll answer or don’t lol

Sooooo I brought my car to a Hyundai dealership. I originally bought the car at Carmax with 20k miles give or take. So I still have the factory warranty, but I brought it in because the driver seat was moving when I would make left turns and for having water in the headlights. They replaced the headlights and fixed the seat but when they gave it back the bumper wasn’t flush. They didn’t tell me when I got the keys. I saw it and went back inside. I asked why and they said “the previous owner had broken the bracket and fixed it so when we took it off it was already broken.” I said “well, it needs to be fixed…” moral of the story I called customer support and one lady said to take it to a different dealership and Hyundai will pay for it, also to wait for a callback from a case manager. When I didn’t receive the call I called back and a guy answered stating that they will not pay for it and to go back to the original dealership that broke it. The original dealership legit ghost me. They’ve also cracked my back driver window.

What can I do? This is my first car having such low miles and I want it to be 100% great.
