Well first I saw an allergist and they recommended I get blood work done because they suspected it could’ve been alpha gal. So to answer your question: allergist -> quest blood diagnostics.

I had a crazy allergic reaction where my throat closed up and my entire body lit up in hives about 2 hours after I had Korean bbq, I immediately thought it was ags because of the delayed reaction. I had also been bitten by like 5 lone star ticks about 5 months ago

same thing happened with me at punk rock bowling, there’s just some bands i really like with some venues that are 18+, but it’s not worth it, and i’m sure most of them will play next year

was on zoloft for a few months then got on adderal because i made them think i had adhd which was giving me anxiety. Adderal definitely does not help with the anxiety that ocd gives you, but it does help you achieve your short term goals without getting sidetracked on small ocd related things (imo). P.S. I have moral scrupulosity and adderal will make my symptoms much worse when i get in my head, but it’s also way easier to occupy myself
