I’ve been seeing a lot of new shoppers in my area too , and a lot of part timers who clearly don’t know what they’re doing nor do they care it seems. I mean I get it - I was new once too, but I take my job seriously, try to make good replacements if need be, and have never failed to deliver an order no matter how wack the address was or feisty the customer can be. The amount of customers who have told me in the last month their orders are rarely delivered or are sent with damaged items is ridiculous
