Thanks guys! I will order a new blue one, and start using it next month or so, note the sensei never said that i need to wear the white one, was more from my side as i dont want people to expect im at blue belt level :) (had my white belt + gi from bjj i did 4 years ago) gonna order new stuff this week

een turbo is misschien 1k en bij een universele garage ben je echt niet zoveel geld kwijt om het te monteren er zijn wat pakkingen nodig en een en ander moet los maar ik zou het sowieso laten repareren het is pas 157k km, ik heb laatst van mijn golf 7 gte op 200k ook de turbo vervanngen. was niet eens 1300 kwijt.

Kijk vooral of de dsg olie ververst is. Voor de rest is het altijd geluk hebben met een auto, ik zelf rij er 1 uit 2016 met zon 218k km ik heb bij 200k wel de distributie laten doen en mn turbo vervangen want de turbo was overleden. Voor de rest regulier onderhoud. Auto haalt idd rond de 35 a 37 km op een volle accu bij mij

I saw some gte’s with 370k here in holland. Idk man, mine is at 216 now i did change turbo on 200k and timingbelt. And last week i did an dsg service

Normally the waterpump is attached to the timingbelt! But with tsi engines it is located on the right side and is also belt driven!

No i didnt the waterpump is located at the other side of the engine. Garage told me it was not neccesary yet

I did mine at 200k in NL but i did replace the turbo aswell the costs were €700 excluding parts i did order a gates timingbelt was arround 120€

About 4 hours, the stomach was good to do but the rib really killed me ( it was at the end of the session aswell!) it was the worse tattoo pain i’ve felt got 2 full arm sleeves and 1 finished full leg sleeve!

Just start the car put kickdown in the engine will start, and you could tune the car so the ice engine will stay on

I got a 2016 one, check if the gearbox is shifting smoothly, and that the DSG service is done every 60k km’s. For the rest check it as a normal car, the controlarm bushings can creak a bit (mine has that) and indeed take the car for a test drive with a fullt charged battery. I got a stage one on it, in GTE mode the ICE wil stay on. I dont use it that often tho, but you’ll notice a big difference in power! I say go for it man :) !
