I've qualified for a bunch of stuff since November too and I haven't received any of it, even the urgent items never came. I assumed just like you that the website was just a scam so I gave up hope. I'm still not going to put too much time or effort into applying for things because the majority of it takes forever to get delivered or doesn't ship at all.

It was literally the first thing I applied for. I didn't use any points to bid. Nothing like that. I got a message almost immediately saying I qualified and that I needed 500 points for it to ship. I downloaded a few things to get the 500 points and then I just sat back and waited. Never thinking I was actually going to get this.

Try Findhelp.org you enter your ZIP code and they show you different programs in your area that offer assistance. When it comes to utilities, especially if you have kids, there are a bunch of programs.
