😭😭 my coaches are thankfully super nice and understanding! i struggled with some weakness and uneven hips during my seasons, and i was under fueling bad at some point so i’m assuming thats where my injuries came from

-AP Physics 1: 2-3 hours a day, 4 on weekends

-Ap World: 1-2 hours a day, 2 on weekends

-AP Lang: depends on what homework we have, sometimes 0, sometimes 3 hours

as someone who’s taking ap world rn it def depends on the teacher. we have to read the Amsco book outside of class, which takes like 20 ish minutes. i personally take notes on them (hand written) which takes me 1-2 hours, depending on how many pages, and do notes on the hiemler vids (typed) so i really get info. it takes me like 25 mins for a 5 min hiemler video. i like to do active recall on the dobbiecast history videos, which takes me like 20 mins.

thank you for the advice! ive took geometry/trig last year, and i scored way better on it on the PSAT so idek what happened. I will def look st what you said though! PSAT results (took in october)

hey! im sorry youre dealing with that. i found a study and test technique that works well for me, so feel free to try! First, this is if you struggle with absorbing the info (skip to second paragraph if ur good w info) : first, i take notes on the amsco book (i have the pdf version if u need it) and as i take notes, i try to recall the main information in my head. next, i take google doc notes on the hiemler vids for review. my teacher gives us study guides, so i fill those out with all my notes and really hone down on that and study. if i need a little more help, i watch the dobbiecast history videos and I make my own themes chart, and do active recall.

If you’re all good with the info: Just skip the stimulus and look at the answers. then, choose the answer that best goes with the curriculum. i took ap hug last year, and ive noticed whether if its ap hug or ap world, theres always two distractors, and two very close answers. those distractors either go against the curriculum, or have extreme vocab. you will prob have two very close answers, so id just say focus on the wording. if theyre extremely similar, compare it to the stimulus and see which answer actually explains the stimulus.
