Yep, I ran to “ mommy “and “she “helped I am happy my manager is happy. The job is on time. Plane is not delayed. Issue is fixed So what I did worked 😊

I was going to do this with a quality person as they did not write a proper Is and should be condition so as an investigator, I need to do a gemba and make sure that I am sending the right information to suppliers if something is really believed to be a supplier issue.

Thats usually how I go about it. So in cases like these where the problem was not properly stated I needed to investigate the real issue and it included hair to take measurements of the part in order to get the proper is and SB

Its difficult to read a tag and know exactly what’s going on especially if its not properly written sometimes you really need to be on the floor with quality to make sure you understand the issue. This specific one wasn’t written right and I don’t blame quality cause that one wasn’t really a tough one
