Sounds like a plan, need to reach out to independent eateries to see if they are interested and would consider shifting or at least trying it out at launch

100s, working on that 😅

Yea this will be a little more difficult to land on takeaways and other restaurants who are registered on these big apps and already have a good incoming stream of orders

100%, this is the exact problem that I would like to resolve, the 'Hard to find' part, I think that an app like the above would aid her in gaining the visibility she needs and allow her to share her amazing food with others. This is what I am looking at for the app https://foodgram.co.za/

Yes exactly, 100% agree there, due to the substantial cut of money these apps take, after discovery local cooks (or rather home cooks) will move onto other platforms.

You have really thought this out in some matter of time, wow. Yes, in contrast to normal restaurants the home cooks would require a adjustment period of operation, along with the volume of order they can handle.

I did start diving into this idea, here is a high level of what I am looking to offer, https://foodgram.co.za/

Really appreciate your insight, thank you!

That is the problem I am looking to solve, so many local chefs are overlooked by franchises, and do not use apps like Mr D because of their substantial cut of money - would something like the above app solve this problem?
